What we do
Six capabilities, each with its published envelope, what it is used for, and what it does not cover. Every figure is on the machine plate; what the parent company does not publish is said to be confirmed per enquiry.
Cutting and forming
CNC laser cutting to 20 mm on a 2 x 4 m bed and a 400 t press brake with a 6 050 mm table.
Welding
MAG 135, manual and robotic, on a 14 m track, under an EN ISO 3834-2 system with an IWE coordinator.
Machining
Two CNC horizontal boring mills, a horizontal mill with 8 000 mm of travel, lathes and gear hobbing, all after welding.
Surface treatment
Blasting to Sa 2½ in an 8 x 5 x 3 m chamber, rail-connected to a 7.9 x 5 x 4.9 m spray and curing booth. Wet paint only.
Assembly and inspection
Sub-assemblies fitted before dispatch; every weld inspected visually and every structure measured with a six-axis FARO arm.

Your drawing is read by the people who will build it: weldability, tolerances, weld preparation and finish, before a price is written.
