Large welded steel structures, built to your drawing.
Machine frames, conveyor structures, platforms, tanks and enclosures. One hall in Bánovce nad Bebravou cuts, bends, welds, machines and paints them under an EN ISO 3834-2 welding system, execution class EXC2 to EN 1090-2.

191 welded structures, built or quoted here
The 50 pieces below are the first of 191. Each is a real structure that came through this company as a built job, a quoted enquiry or a design from our own office, rendered from its own geometry. Every tile opens that model. The names are generic on purpose: this site publishes no customer, no machine designation and no drawing number.
Each group page sorts its models by type, with the measured overall size and a description beside every one.
What we build
Six groups, one hall
Each group is a kind of weldment, not a product line. Every picture below is a real structure, built or quoted here, rendered from its own geometry in raw steel.
01
Machine frames and weldments
The welded base of a machine: the frame that carries the drive, the bed, the crusher, the press or the screen. Plate and rolled section welded into a stiff box or ladder, then machined so the mounting faces are flat and the bores are true.
- Maximum plate thickness, laser
- 20 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2
- Horizontal boring mill travel X, Y, Z
- 6 200 x 3 000 x 1 600 mm
Pieces shown in this group run 1.5 to 13.6 m long

02
Conveyor and handling structures
The steel a conveyor runs on: truss or channel stringers, drive-end and tail-end frames, leg supports, cross bracing, transfer chutes and the walkway brackets beside the belt. Welded material conveyors are a named product type on our EN ISO 3834-2 certificate.
- Press brake table length
- 6 050 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2
- Robotic welding track
- 14 m
Pieces shown in this group run 1.5 to 14.6 m long

03
Platforms and access steel
The steel people stand on around a machine: maintenance platforms, walkways along conveyors, stair flights, ladders, handrails and kick plates. Built to the customer's drawing to EN 1090-2, execution class EXC2, from section and plate with grating or chequer plate decks.
- Laser bed
- 2 000 x 4 000 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2
- Blasting chamber
- 8 000 x 5 000 x 3 000 mm
Pieces shown in this group run 1 to 18.9 m long

Tanks, hoppers and silos
Welded atmospheric tanks and the bodies that hold bulk material: feed hoppers, bunkers, silo shells, chutes and skirts. Named on our EN ISO 3834-2 certificate as a product type, with EN 14015, EN 12285-2 and API 650 in the certified product-standard scope.
- Maximum plate thickness, laser
- 20 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2
- Press brake force
- 400 t
Pieces shown in this group run 1.4 to 12.2 m long

Enclosures and housings
The sheet-metal skin around a machine: housings, guards, cabinet frames, covers and technical enclosures. Laser-cut, folded on the press brake and welded, with hinges, seals and fixings fitted where the drawing asks for them.
- Press brake table length
- 6 050 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2

Built to your drawing
Anything the other five groups do not describe. Welded products based on the supplied documentation is a product type on our EN ISO 3834-2 certificate, and it is how most first orders start: one drawing, one piece, then a series.
- Structural steel, certified thickness (ISO/TR 15608 group 1)
- up to 40 mm
- Weld quality level (EN ISO 5817)
- level C at EXC2
- Horizontal mill travel X, Y, Z
- 8 000 x 3 000 x 1 500 mm

The manufacturer
What we build, we build in our own hall
TANAX TRUCKS a. s. fabricates in its own plant in Bánovce nad Bebravou, on the machines the capability pages list. We are the manufacturer. Not a broker, not a trading company, and not an agent for somebody else's workshop.
- One company, one hall: cutting, forming, welding, machining, blasting and painting all happen under this roof, and none of them is handed to a middleman.
- We build to your drawing. The design stays yours: we do not originate it, we do not calculate it, and we never claim it as ours.
- Certified where it counts: EN ISO 3834-2 for welding, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for the plant, with every certificate number printed on the quality pages.

Why it matters to you
Everything on this site is made by TANAX TRUCKS a. s. in Bánovce nad Bebravou. The brands beside it sell different work out of the same building, under the same welding coordinator and the same certificates.
TANAX TRUCKS a. s.The parent company and the manufacturerThe legal entity, the hall and the certificates. Engineering in Bánovce nad Bebravou goes back to 1997 and the company was registered in the Slovak Commercial Register on 29 May 2000. It holds the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN ISO 3834-2 certificates that every weld on this site is made under, and it is the party you contract with whichever brand you arrived through.tanaxtrucks.com
TANAX STRUCTURESWelded steel structures to your drawingThis site. One thing is sold here: large welded steel structures made to the customer's drawing, from a machine frame to a conveyor truss to a hopper. There is no catalogue and no standard product. The drawing is the specification, and the quotation answers it.What we build TANAX CONTAINERSContainers and container systemsThe container side of the same hall: ISO, office, sanitary and special-purpose bodies sold as a finished product with its own configurations. Where this site stops at the weldment, that one carries the build through to a fitted-out unit.tanaxcontainers.com
Same welders, same welding coordinator, same blasting booth and paint line. A drawing sent to any of the three reaches the same shop floor, and the quality system it is welded under does not change with the name on the enquiry.

What the welds are made under
Three certificates from PQM, s.r.o. cover the welding system and the management systems around it. The numbers and the transcribed scope are on the certificates page, together with what is deliberately not printed.
