The site

Production is at Partizánska 73 in Bánovce nad Bebravou, in the town's industrial park in the Trenčín region of western Slovakia. The registered office of TANAX TRUCKS a. s. is in Bratislava; enquiries, drawings and deliveries go to Bánovce nad Bebravou.

The company has built vehicles and engineering products here since 2006. The welded structures on this site are built in the same hall, under the certified welding system, for machinery OEMs, conveyor and handling equipment, tanks and containers.

The hall

Cutting, forming, welding, machining, blasting, painting, measurement and assembly are in one building. A part is not trucked between subcontractors; it moves between bays. The blasting chamber is on rails into the paint booth, and the robotic welding station runs on a 14 m track along its bay.

Hall dimensions, door openings, crane capacities, the largest weldment that can be handled and the largest piece that leaves on a standard truck are not published by the parent company. They are confirmed for a specific enquiry, against the drawing, and never estimated here.
