Modular and container systems

Welded steel containers are in our certified welding scope, and the hall builds its own range of them under the sister brand. The same bays weld container and platform bodies and modular building frames to the customer's drawing.

The machines

Modular buildings, site accommodation, technical containers and roll-off or docking container systems are all a welded steel body: a frame of folded profiles and sections, corner castings where the standard asks for them, corrugated or flat wall panels, a floor structure and a door set. The body is welded as a unit, painted, and fitted out elsewhere.

The container bodies shown here are the company's own designs, built in series in this hall and sold as products by Tanax Containers. Modular building frames and special bodies are welded to the customer's drawing on the same line.

What we weld for them

  • Container bodies and container systems, 6 m class, in main assembly and frame variants
  • Platform bodies with a welded floor structure
  • Roll-off and docking container steelwork
  • Modular building frames to the customer's drawing
  • Container door sets and box body substructures

Standard containers as products are sold by Tanax Containers; this site sells the welded steelwork to a drawing.
