Materials
The materials we weld are the ones the certificate names: unalloyed and fine-grain structural steels to 40 mm, austenitic stainless from 3 to 16 mm. Nothing outside those groups is offered as certified welding.
Certified material groups
The EN ISO 3834-2 certificate enclosure certifies two groups of ISO/TR 15608. Group 1 is the unalloyed and fine-grain structural steels with a specified minimum yield strength up to 460 MPa, which covers S235 and S355 in all their delivery conditions, certified up to 40 mm. Group 8 is the austenitic stainless steels, certified from 3.0 to 16.0 mm.
| Material | Certified group | Certified thickness |
|---|---|---|
| Structural steel, S235 and S355 | ISO/TR 15608 group 1 | up to 40 mm |
| Austenitic stainless steel | ISO/TR 15608 group 8 | 3 to 16 mm |

Material certificates and traceability
Inspection certificates to EN 10204 3.1 for the plate and sections in a structure are supplied on request, and the order should ask for them before the material is bought. Under EN 1090-2 at EXC2 the traceability of the material to the structure is kept in the hall's records for every order, whether or not the certificates travel with the delivery.
