Agricultural machinery

Harvesters, spreaders and field logistics machines run on long welded frames that must stay straight over a season. We weld them to the OEM's drawing and machine the bearing seats afterwards.

The machines

Self-propelled harvesters and lifters, spreaders and trailed logistics machines are built by specialist OEMs in small series. Their main frames are long ladder or box weldments, up to the length of the machine, with the axle, drive and implement mounts machined true after welding. Rotating gantries, subframes and hopper bodies hang off them.

The frames are group 1 structural steel, welded MAG 135 under the certified system, straightened and measured on the FARO arm before machining, then blasted and painted in the OEM's colour in our own booths.

What we weld for them

  • Harvester main frames and logistics frames up to 13.6 m long, with machined axle and drive mounts
  • Logistics and spreader frame assemblies
  • Rotating gantry frames and subframes
  • Hopper bodies and small hopper assemblies
  • One-off frames and prototype weldments for new machine generations

Machine types and model designations belong to the OEMs and are not published here.
