What the website is

An information and enquiry site for the contract fabrication of welded steel structures. It describes capabilities and invites enquiries. It sells nothing directly and displays no prices.

Published figures

Machine envelopes, material groups and certificate scopes are published as the parent company publishes them and are checked against that source. They describe capability, not a commitment to build a specific part. Whether a specific structure can be made, in what tolerance and finish, at what price and by what date, is stated only in a written quotation.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry places no order and creates no obligation on either side. A contract comes into being only with our written order confirmation. Our general terms of delivery apply to it and are supplied with the quotation.

You confirm that you are entitled to send us the drawings and files you attach and that doing so does not breach a third party's rights. We treat them as confidential as described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The text, models, images, logos and code of this site belong to TANAX TRUCKS a. s. or its licensors. You may quote and link to it; you may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Drawings you send remain yours.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We take care that it is accurate and available but do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content outside a written quotation, to the extent the law allows.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Slovak Republic.
