Construction and demolition machinery

Mobile crushers, screens and recycling plants are the product type our welding certificate names first: welded steel structures for construction machines.

The machines

Track-mounted and wheeled crushers, mobile screening plants and recycling plants are built in series by OEMs who buy the welded steelwork and fit the drive, the crusher or the screen box themselves. The steelwork is heavy plate and section, welded to a drawing with machined faces where the machine bolts on, and painted in the OEM's colour.

What these machines have in common is size, vibration and abrasion. The frames carry the crushing forces, the conveyors carry the material out under impact, and the hoppers take the feed. All three are in the certified welding scope as welded steel structures for construction machines and welded material conveyors.

What we weld for them

  • Base frames and chassis for crushers and screen plants, machined after welding
  • Discharge conveyor structures and side conveyor frames
  • Feed hoppers, hopper walls and comb flaps to the drawing
  • Discharge modules, guards and handrail sets fitted to the plant
  • Screen plant sub-assemblies and complete screen structures

The customers behind these structures are OEMs; their names, machine types and drawing numbers are not published on this site.
